A Usage Scenario: You want to monitor payment arrears from regional utilities for reporting and forecasting for emergency payment assistance.

Automating Ad-Hoc Data Collection

Find a point of contact within each utility who is willing to contribute total customer payment arrears on a weekly basis; just a few simple stats like number of accounts and total dollars. A dZSlate gives each of them an input screen (passworded and sandboxed), scheduled reminder emails, and their numbers flow into your dataZoa account. From there you have a central spot to review, cleanse, and then approve the figures for downstream use.
