The email
icon appears in various places in your account, such as series details, displays, and dZBoards. Click to send an email with a link to the data or display being shown. The email is sent from YourUserName@datazoa.com.
Use the "email to myself"
icon to send to the address associated with your account. You can change the default "send-to" address in your account profile.
- When you send displays and data from dataZoa, you are typically circulating live, automatically updating work.
- Everyone who sees your displays stays current with your own view.
- This is very different from the typical "snapshot" approach of sending around files or images.
- To send a "snapshot" that does not update, just make a PDF and circulate that file.
