When you send out displays and data from dataZoa, you are typically circulating live work. This means that everyone who sees your work stays current with your own view.
Remember, this is very different from the typical "snapshot" approach of sending around files or images. If you actually want to send a "snapshot" that does not update, make a PDF and send it as an attachment.
