The Name section is common to all display editors. These examples happen to feature the Chart editor.

When you are creating a new display, it is unnnamed, and you are prompted to provide a unique name.

When you have supplied a name, you can then Save the display.

Once saved, your display has a permanent link that you can use and distribute as you see fit.
